Shipping Policy

At Petique, we know your furry, feathered, and scaly friends can't wait to get their new goodies — so we work hard to get every order delivered to your door as quickly as possible.

DHL Express Shipping: Delivery in 2-5 business days — £4.93

DHL Free Shipping: Delivery in 3-8 business days — £0.00

All orders include a tracking number sent to your registered email address once dispatched, so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Return & Exchange Policy

Your pet's happiness — and yours — is our top priority. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item in its original, unused condition and original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team at support@petique-shop.com with your order number and reason for return. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.

Exchanges: Would you prefer a different size, colour, or product? We're happy to arrange an exchange. Simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll guide you through the process.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty: food and treats, grooming products once opened, and personalised items.

Faulty or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery. Send us a photo of the item at support@petique-shop.com and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer.

All returns and exchanges are handled in accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
